Who is Teamli built for?
Teamli is built for small and growing businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets. From a 10-person startup to a 500-person company, you get one place to manage your people, leave, policies and performance.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most teams are up and running in under an afternoon. Invite your people, import any historic leave balances and you are away. We can help with setup on every plan.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Teamli runs in your browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. You can import staff records, leave balances and policies from spreadsheets. Our team can help with the first import on every plan.
Features & modules
Which modules are included?
Teamli includes leave management, sickness and return-to-work, policies, performance reviews, case management, dashboards, issues/help desk, notifications, billing, reporting and search. Module access depends on your plan.
Can I configure approval workflows?
Yes. Leave, cases and policies all support configurable workflows so the right people sign off at the right time.
Does Teamli support multiple companies?
Yes - Teamli is multi-tenant from the ground up, with full company-level separation of data and roles.
Is there an API?
A REST API is on the roadmap. Speak to us about your integration needs and we can talk through what is possible today.
Pricing & trials
Is the trial really free?
Yes. You get full access for the duration of your trial, and we will let you know in plenty of time before it ends.
Can I change plans later?
Of course. You can move between plans at any time and we will pro-rate any difference automatically.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled by Stripe with monthly or annual options. Annual plans get a discount on the headline price.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Yes - get in touch via the contact page and we will look after you.
Security & data
Where is my data hosted?
Teamli is hosted in the UK with regular encrypted backups and role-based access controls.
Is Teamli GDPR-aligned?
Yes. Teamli is built to support UK GDPR obligations, with audit logs across leave, cases and policies.
Do you support SSO?
Single sign-on is on our roadmap. Email-based two-factor authentication is available today.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for a short period for recovery and then deleted in line with our retention policy.
