Comparison

Teamli vs Timetastic.

Timetastic is great at holiday tracking. Teamli is a full people-operations platform - leave, sickness, policies, cases and performance in one place. Here is how the two stack up.

The short version

One does leave booking. The other runs your people ops.

Timetastic is a focused, low-cost holiday tracker. Teamli covers the same leave workflows and adds sickness & return-to-work, policy management with acknowledgement tracking, structured case management, performance reviews and role-gated dashboards.

Common questions

Can I migrate from Timetastic to Teamli?

Yes. Teamli imports employees, allowances and balances from Timetastic CSV exports so you keep history and continuity. The Teamli team will help with the migration as part of onboarding.

Is Teamli more expensive than Timetastic?

On a pure cost-per-user basis, yes - Timetastic is one of the cheapest tools on the market because its scope is narrow. The relevant question is what you replace: most teams that move to Teamli also retire a sickness tool, a shared drive of policies, a spreadsheet of cases, and a separate performance review tool. The combined cost usually goes down.

Does Teamli do rotas and shift scheduling?

Teamli is focused on HR workflows - leave, sickness, policies, cases and performance. If shift scheduling is your primary need, a dedicated rota tool is the better fit. If leave + HR is the primary need and rotas are secondary, talk to us.

Is the data UK-hosted?

Yes. Teamli is UK-hosted with role-based access control, two-factor authentication and audit logging on sensitive actions.
