The "Who's Off" widget shows who is away on any given day:

Features:

  • View who's off today
  • Scroll through days to see upcoming leave
  • See leave types and durations
  • Quick overview without opening the full calendar

Using the Widget:

  • Available on the dashboard
  • Click the date selector to change days
  • See a list of all people off on that day
  • Click on a person's name to see their full leave details

Who Can See What:

  • Staff: See company-wide (with privacy filters)
  • Managers: See their team members
  • Admins: See all company leave

Daily Email Notifications:

  • Managers and admins receive daily emails
  • Shows who's off today and tomorrow
  • Helps with planning and coverage
